Vanilla granola with 8 grains, mango & cranberries.
Homemade granola is not only cheaper and healthier but by far much more delicious than any over the counter bio granola. I have been making granola for my husband for quite some time. He usually had toast with jam and butter (as most french do), I find that homemade granola has more health benefits than any other type of quick breakfast and it makes your home smell amazing while it is cooking.
Another great thing is the nuts, fruits, grains and condiments can vary depending on your taste and what you have at home. I always go for the basic ones I find in my local store:

Instructions
Crush all your nuts, add them in a baking pan, spread them around evenly. Add the coconut oil, agave, salt, cinnamon and vanilla. Mix well. Bake in the oven for 25 mins at 180 C.
Take you granola tray out and let it cool down for some minutes then add the rest of your dried fruits. Mix well and keep in a dry place. Very simple and worth it!
Enjoy !
